Element iQ Technology

The Breville the Smart Oven Pizzaiolo Benchtop Oven’s Element iQ system quickly optimises power based on its integrated algorithms. It then uses sensors, built-in PID temperature control, and smart deflector technology to reconfigure its heating elements and evenly cook your pizza.

Pizza Base Char Control

Built with an independently-controlled dynamic deck, the oven’s generated conductive heat quickly and evenly heats up the cordierite stone to create an ideal pizza base with a classic, wood-fired finish per your selected preference.

Leopard Spotted Crust

Thanks to its specially designed heating elements, this Breville Benchtop Oven doesn’t need to rotate food while cooking. It comes with heat-intensifying parabolic reflectors to distribute energy onto the crust, helping maximise efficiency.

Bake Your Toppings to Perfection

Optimised deflector shields inside the Pizzaiolo Benchtop Oven helps produce convective heat, which protects fragile toppings while making a wood-fired and Neapolitan-style pizza. For other styles, the inner element dynamic switching evenly browns toppings, cheese, and dough.
